Sakura Cross Hotel Ueno Iriya Annex

We really liked the beds and comfort of the room. It was clean and had very soft bedding and towels. Clean bathroom and shower room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us into the room 10-20 min early when we came. We also liked how easy it was to get to the hotel! Close to metro and about 40mins away from Shinjuku and Shibuya. Just around the corner from Akihabara. I recommend this hotel!

The location was conveniently near two train stations. Room was clean and had all the essentials. Plenty of space for a family of 4 adults to sleep, but at times a little cramped with luggage. No microwave, but that was expected, and the 7-11 that was less than half a block away would warm up your purchase. Self check-in and check-out was super easy, as long as you provide the requested info when the property emails you before your scheduled stay. Within a 20-25 min walk to Ueno Park. A few cafes and bakeries nearby for breakfast. We didn't interact with the staff much, but when we did see them in passing, they were super friendly. One even offered to find me an umbrella when it was raining. I would have no issues staying here again.

Excelent location, close to Iriya Station, near restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, laundrymat, etc. Awesome shower with good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Comfortable beds.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service at this hotel! The staff's warm hospitality and genuine interest in our stay made us feel valued and welcome. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations - beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable rooms. The price was unbeatable, and the location was perfect, with fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience!

The place is very close to the Metro (about 2 minutes walk). It is very convenient coming from Narita Airport. The staff was able to promptly answer my questions and assisted me in a timely manner even before we came to Tokyo. Communication was also a breeze with them including the check in and check out. They also changed our towels and beddings every other day :) There is also a great ramen place right across which serves one of the best noodles we had in Tokyo. It is open from 4pm until 12 midnight and there is still a line even if it was already 1030pm. Convenient if you get hungry late at night. I would highly recommend this hotel in terms of it's location, convenience, customer service and accessibility! Will definitely stay here again :)
